We ship worldwide from our European fulfilment centre. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Rest of world: 7–14 business days · calculated at checkout

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Duties and import taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to love your AURO ritual. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund — used or unused.

1. Email hello@auro.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label (EU) or instructions (international).
3. Once received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it at no cost.
