30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely happy with your AURO ritual, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a full refund — used or unused.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email hello@auro.com with your order number and a short note.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label (EU) or simple return instructions (international).
3. Drop your parcel at the carrier — no need to repackage perfectly.
4. Once we receive it, refunds land in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? Just let us know in your email — we'll swap your item at no extra cost (within the EU).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We're sorry. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement immediately.

Non-Refundable

• Gift cards.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Original shipping fees on international orders (where applicable).

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Our 30-day policy extends — and never reduces — those rights.
